Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If there will be a significant delay or stock availability in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
STANDARD DELIVERY- 1-2 working days Royal Mail tracked and signed for.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Jts Saddlery Ltd is NOT responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Jts Saddlery Ltd is NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you need to exchange your item for another size or style please email us and include your information inside the parcel with your exchange request and your return address.

Please exchange within 14 days from the order being delivered.Please send back the items in unused condition with all labels attached.
Unfortunately we can not exchange items that have signs of use on them or custom made orders.
All Uk orders will be free of charge to send out an exchange but outside the UK the cost of the postage will need to be paid in full to send out the exchange.
Returns are excepted within 30 days of the online order being placed and from being delivered.
You have 30 calender days to return the item following your email notification to us. If the return is not received during the 30 days following the return will not be excepted. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking information until you have been issued a refund.
Refunds will be processed on the original payment source used. It may take up to one week.
Returns Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in the package or by email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
